    No, we will help you get started and meet you where you are.
  • How old do you have to be?
    We have experience with teens to seniors. The majority of our clients are 35-65 busy accomplished people who want to trust a professional to help them get to their healthiest fittest self.
  • Can I workout when I’m pregnant?
    Yes, as long as you have been cleared by your doctor. It is beneficial to exercise during pregnancy. Our Personal Trainers are certified in Pre and Post Natal care.
  • What should I wear?
    Clean sneakers, workout attire that’s comfortable and you can move in.
  • How do I get started?

  • How often should I attend?
    We recommend 3 workouts per week for maximum results. With 2 workouts per week for minimum commitment.
  • What if I’m injured or have a chronic illness?
    We have experience with various injuries and illnesses. We have many cancer survivors. If you are cleared to exercise we can help.
  • What are your hours?
    By Appointment Only Weekdays: 5 am - 7 pm Saturday: 7 am - 5 pm Sunday: 8 am - 12 pm
