With a Master’s in Social Work and certification in Holistic Nutrition, Liz brings a thoughtful, real-life approach to coaching. Liz knows nutrition isn’t one-size-fits-all. She is here to support you with guidance that fits your individual body, lifestyle, and goals.

Meet Liz

Liz has been a certified personal trainer since 2014 and brings over a decade of experience in fitness, wellness, and coaching. Her passion for health started with stress-busting college workouts and evolved into a lifestyle that includes hiking, strength training, Pilates, and spin.

She blends her social work background with her love of movement to help clients feel empowered, not judged. Liz is passionate about helping people eat well without pressure, move purposefully, and live with balance.
