Welcome June! With the warmer weather and sunnier, longer days upon us (I hope), my energy levels perk up, and I look for brighter, lighter things to eat. Local farmers’ markets are popping up in Stamford and the surrounding towns, making fresh fruits and vegetables easier to find. Days are longer, so we might find ourselves taking that workout outside or at least stealing a few minutes for an extra walk. Keep in mind that nutrition and exercise go hand in hand.
